Ellis Spirits produce Gin and Rum. Theirs is a small tasty range produced by ELJ Drinks Ltd. Their aim is to bring fun and colour to the spirits market. All spirits are distilled at 40%ABV and are naturally coloured and flavoured. Ellis Gin was launched in October 2018 with two colour changing gins including the No.2 Scottish Bramble gin.

The range was extended in June 2019 when they introduced Ellis No.4 Pink Shimmer and during the first lockdown in 2020 they added their award winning gin - Ellis No.5 Lemon gin – Bronze winner of the Flavour gin of the year and finalist in the flavoured Gin of the year at the Scottish gin Awards and the Gin Co-operative awards.

Then in November 2021 - Ellis No.1 Zesty is a dreamy London dry distilled with Mandarin, Ginseng and Orange Blossom was shared with the world!!

In 2024 they introduced the totally fabulous Ellis Honey Spiced Rum to the range – a blend of Scottish and Caribbean rum gives this lovely drink its spice. Then honey from their very own Ellis Bee Hotel is added to give the rum a unique sweetness. Delicious!!
