It was a much quieter weekend for us this weekend, but still had loads of fun at The Cancer Support Scotland Ladies Lunch, and look who I bumped into…

How colour co-ordinated were we!

We’ve been working on a series of Angels Cocktails and on Friday we made the delicious Ellis Fallen Angel!

We’re now looking forward to Easter! 

Sharing our Gin of the Month for April Ellis No.5 Lemon Gin!

This weekend we are out and about at the Scottish Arts and Crafts Fair at Geilsland Estate in Beith on Saturday and then at Chatherault Country Park at the very popular Sunday Market!

We hope you’ve all had a fabulous March and hope April is equally as fab when it comes!

Ellis Gin Cocktails

Ellis gin is a small batch Scottish gin carefully crafted in Glasgow. Mixed with hand-selected botanicals and macerated to create beautiful colours. Ellis was originally created as the base to our really successful Ready to Drink Gin Cocktail - previously called Gin&Mix - now been rebranded to be called Ellis Gin Cocktails Ellis was originally launched with two coloured flavored gins - designed to be different. In June 2019 we then launched Ellis Gin No.4 "Pink Shimmer". Ellis is a delight to all the senses. Beautiful vibrant colours - some even reveal new colours when mixer is added! Ellis Gin provides a delight to the adventurous palates and Gin connoisseurs alike.
