You’ll need
Ellis No.4 Pink Shimmer Gin, Aperol, Sweet white vermouth,
Pink grapefruit and basil
Method
Add 25ml Ellis No.4 Pink Shimmer gin, 25ml sweet white Vermouth, 25ml Aperol
to a glass filled with ice and stir
Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit and some Basil
