Spring is in the air but does Ellis Gin freeze?
Spring is round the corner and as we start to think about longer days and sunshine, we thought we would use the blog to answer some questions we often get asked!
Does Gin Freeze?
We’ve tested it and the answer is NO!
This Is because the ABV (alcohol by volume) is 40% the typical temperature of your domestic fridge cannot freeze a level this high.
Well February is all but over for us!

As we move into March we are now launching our March Cocktail Box!
Designed to create Ellis Treasured Moments (in fact that’s the name of the cocktail)

We also want to say goodbye to Aquarius Season and hello to Pisces Season!
We hope all our Aquarius Angels had fab birthdays and are feeling stronger and more knowledgeable as another year goes by!
The Pisces Cocktail by Ellis has been developed especially with all our Pisces Angels in mind!
