Hello March!

Spring is just around the corner – and we cant wait!

We are also very excited about Ellis Gin No.5 that will be ready on the 5th May (2020) – 5th of the 5th for Ellis No.5. 

We plan to make this initially available to all our lovely Customers and Supporters via a Crowdfunding exercise – So look out for ways to register your interest and become one of the first to taste and get your hands on the first batch – Collector Edition of Ellis Gin No.5

Another fab Gin SPA with our friends at Urban Retreat at the Scottish Beauty Academy – everyone had a ball

Followed by Lets Go Girls – Ayrshire Hospice ladies lunch at the stunning Oak Barn in Enterkine House Hotel, AYR – what a venue!

Last weekend we attended the first WestEnd Wedding Festival at the very lovely Glasgow University Student Union – what a fab venue and met lots of couples planning their big day – we are looking forward to being part of Stephen and Caitlin’s wedding and also Andrea and James both later in the Summer.

Competition time – Thanks to our fab friends at Olapip – One lucky winner is enjoying some Ellis Gin whilst relaxing with a luxurious Olapip candle.

Talking of Mothers Day – take a look at the gorgeous Ellis Gin cocktails that are available at The Ivy from the 16th – 29th March.  Pop in for an amazing meal and a cocktail or have a cocktail at the Bar – we cant wait to try all 3

We have a pop up – outside Boots from the 20th – 22nd March – we cant wait to say Hello to lots of our Customers.   We plan to Show Up and Shine!  Come and join us and meet the Ellis Gin team.

We will also be at the Vegan Festival at Hampden on the 28th of this month – a chance for people to stock up on Ellis Gin

Ellis Gin Cocktails

Ellis gin is a small batch Scottish gin carefully crafted in Glasgow. Mixed with hand-selected botanicals and macerated to create beautiful colours. Ellis was originally created as the base to our really successful Ready to Drink Gin Cocktail - previously called Gin&Mix - now been rebranded to be called Ellis Gin Cocktails Ellis was originally launched with two coloured flavored gins - designed to be different. In June 2019 we then launched Ellis Gin No.4 "Pink Shimmer". Ellis is a delight to all the senses. Beautiful vibrant colours - some even reveal new colours when mixer is added! Ellis Gin provides a delight to the adventurous palates and Gin connoisseurs alike.
