Welcome to February

I know January sometimes feels like the longest month – but here at Ellis Gin HQ we have been so busy that it seemed to pass in a blur.

We got lots of fab contacts at the Speciality Fine Foods event back in January – so lookout for a list of new stockists coming soon

Carrying on increasing our reach and attended The Pub Show – Pub 20 in London – it was a flying visit – and very worthwhile – Look out for Ellis appearing in a number of new bars and restaurants south of the border ))

As well as this we have attended a few gin festivals – meeting some fantastic customers and letting them know all about Ellis Gin flavours and magical features.

Firstly we attend the Clarkston Gin Festival run by one of our stockists Maxwells – a fine way to spend a Friday evening – setting people up for the weekend ahead!!

GinTing – a new festival in the South Side – it was nice and intimate with some new exhibitors included in the line up.

Bute – Over the water to the Rothesay on the Isle of Bute – fab fun – and our stay was extended – thanks to Storm Ciara.

Thank you to our fab friends at Pretty Pens – we ran a very successful competition to win  Ellis Gin and a Pretty Pen – just in time for sitting down and relaxing and writing that very special message in your valentine or galantine cards ))

Hope you managed to see our fantastic selection of Valentines Day boxes.  There will be some lucky lucky people receiving them on the 14th – You know how loved you are ))

We attended the Scottish Woman in Business open evening – which had a fab turnout in the amazing rooftop offices of Murphy Wealth in Glasgow.  Lots of fab feedback on Ellis and its effect on all the senses.

Lookout for our February competition which has a real focus on Mothers day

More events to look out for

  • We are proud to be sponsoring Beatson Charity Event to raise funds for Cancer warriers and survivors – inspirational
  • And Ellis provided some gorgeous Ellis Gin for the first meet up of the Working Mamas Club in Glasgow – if mothers of small children don’t deserve a gin then who does Hashtag happymummyhappychild

Thank you to everyone who votes for Ellis at the Scottish Gin Society Consumer Awards ranking We are super super excited to announce that we were 24th (out of 400).  Beating our 48th place last year

After only 16 months since launch – very proud!!  Up there with some of the big brands – only 2 places behind Edinburgh Gin!
